Top conference centre with over 90 rooms in East London requires a Front Office Manager with at least 18 months previous senior experience within hotel reception. You will be responsible for the reception area and security, managing a team of 8 night and day staff. You will ensure that all Front of House requirements from guests and the centre are met to the required standard and on time. Duty Manager shifts also required.
